An exceptional setting
Welcome to Rue du Passage!
Like many streets in Loix, rue du Passage is no exception to the rule: it's a flowery and rather narrow street. It's therefore impossible (and forbidden!) to park there, so having the possibility the possibility of parking on the house's grounds will be much appreciated...

Out of sight...

Looking for space?
To the rear of the house, a large 2500 m² plot of land awaits you.
Games of ball or badminton will appeal to children, while adults prefer to admire the view and enjoy the space. In the early hours of the morning, you'll be able to watch the sun rise with its often magnificent colors.

An ideal location
Just a stone's throw from the port of Loix, our house offers a dream location for observing the fauna and the many birds that take refuge in the calm of the marshes.
You can also see the bridge over the Ile de Ré, the port of St-Martin and the Islattes lighthouse.

Exceptional colors
Whether it's early morning with the rising sun or evening, the sky is different every day.
It's a veritable palette of colors that you'll enjoy looking at and immortalizing with a few snapshots. An ideal place for artists to capture the slightest nuances of this colorful sky.
A different picture every day!

An ideal place to rest
Every moment of the day is a pleasure on our island.
The outdoor spaces have been designed to give everyone what they want (sun or shade depending on the time of day)
All around the house, you'll find sun to bask in with a good book or simply enjoy. You'll appreciate the calm and space...
